Your private 3-hour tour heads towards the magnificent 13th-century monastery of San Francesco nel Deserto, founded by Francis of Assisi. Pass St. Erasmo, the island still known as the “orchard of Venice,” where vegetables found in the Rialto market are grown. See the salt marshes to glimpse what Venice looked like before it was built. Other highlights of the northern lagoon that you will view as you cruise include Murano, Burano and Torcello.

Meet your captain on the Fondamenta Nuova embankment in the Cannaregio district of Venice.
Cruise the northern lagoon with time to disembark on the small island of San Francesco nel Deserto for a stroll through grounds of the monastery.
Sail by other islands including St. Erasmus, Murano and Burano.
